What a pleasure it is to paint. What a privilege. My process is simple: learn and absorb a much as I can; follow my instinct, my intuition; choose subjects that inspire me and most of all, paint for the joy of it. For me, the biggest satisfaction comes when I succeed in connecting with the spirit of the painting, the energy of the subject. The execution of the form comes after.
